Our Original Christmas Wreath was the very first wreath design we created at Harbor Farm back in 1986, and it remains a cherished favorite today! This traditional Maine wreath honors generations of holiday craftsmanship, made from fresh balsam fir and decorated with natural items harvested from the Maine woods. Each fall, we collect eastern white pine cones, acorns, and horse chestnuts to create and decorate each wreath by hand, preserving the tradition of authentic Maine wreath-making.

    Original Christmas Wreath

    I have received this wreath for many, many years and it is always perfect and lasts a really long time! My father started this tradition, sending it to many family and friends to share a little Maine with those not fortunate enough to live here. I now have my own list and my recipients love it too.

    As always, the Christmas wreaths this year were excellent. The group of family members to whom we send the wreaths always appreciate their arrival. In fact, my nephew mention to his mother that his family always know the Christmas season has begun when the their wreath from Maine has arrived.
