Can you ship wreaths to different clients, employees, or business partners?
Yes. Most of our corporate orders are shipped directly to individual recipients across the country. Send us one recipient spreadsheet and we handle the individual shipments, so you do not need to place a separate order for every address.
When do you need our recipient list and holiday cards?
For most larger orders, we like to have final recipient information and company cards in early November. If you contact us earlier in the fall with your approximate quantity and wreath choice, we can reserve production space while you finish gathering addresses.
What does the standard gift card look like, and can we include our own company cards?
Every wreath includes a real printed holiday greeting card. Our standard Harbor Farm card says “Season’s Greetings” rather than “Merry Christmas,” making it a good choice for a broad client or employee list. Your personalized gift message is printed on the message side of the card.
If your company has its own professionally printed holiday cards, you can mail them to us in advance and we will include the appropriate card with each gift instead.
What does shipping cost, and where can you ship?
Standard shipping is $6.95 per wreath to addresses in the contiguous United States. Because transit time varies by destination, we schedule larger multi-address orders with your preferred arrival period in mind.
Do you offer discounts for large corporate orders?
First-time corporate orders of 25 or more wreaths receive 10% off the wreath price. If you are working within a particular per-recipient budget, tell your Gift Specialist your target and we can help you choose the best option.
Can Harbor Farm handle an order of 500 or 1,000+ wreaths?
Yes. We have experience coordinating large corporate gift programs, including orders of more than 1,000 wreaths shipped to individual recipients. Large orders receive the same handmade wreaths and gift-ready presentation as every Harbor Farm order.
Will we receive tracking information?
Yes. We can provide shipment and tracking information for corporate orders so your team can monitor gifts as they travel to recipients across the country.
What payment methods do you accept for corporate orders?
We accept company checks and major credit cards. Your Gift Specialist can provide payment details when your order is finalized.
