We looked long and hard to find just the right reproduction Early American furniture. A lot of it was either clunky or spindly, or the paint looked like dried mud.
We think ours is splendid on all counts. Furthermore the chairs are comfortable to sit in. The seats are big enough and their relationship to the backs is excellent.
The Farm table comes in lengths from 4 feet to 8 feet. The longer ones have center stretchers. Tabletops are stained, sealed and polished. The underpinnings are painted in milk paint — you’d swear they’d been in service for a hundred years or more.
Armchairs come in two designs — Sack Back and Continuous Arm.
There are several cupboards in different sizes and styles, all of them with a lovely old character to their finish.
