Fall is here and the leaves are turning, which means our peak season is about to begin! This summer has been so busy. Renovating a 1900’s house so that we could move our offices to Ellsworth has certainly been an exciting whirlwind of activity. But with things getting a bit more settled now, I’m ready to start playing around with wreath designs. I’m hoping to put together some fresh new choices for sale this Christmas.

Researching wreath designs has left me feel pretty darn inspired so I thought I’d put together a fun list of some of the amazing designs I found. There are some really fantastic wreaths out there!

I really like the color blocking in the bright and rich layers of this simple but incredibly elegant wreath.

An all natural wreath that won’t wilt or require any upkeep. Forage for materials with the family or buy scented ones from a local craft store.

Plaid is an important part of any Christmas decor. Nothing adds a homey feeling quicker than a nice plaid ribbon thrown into the mix.

I like the idea of playing with volume and lines using big leaves and berries piled on top of evergreen boughs and bare branches.

Natuical ornaments secured alongside fresh balsam, cedar and pine boughs bring up such warm feelings of home here in Maine.

One of the best parts about wreath making is enjoying the artform. It’s fun to see what other people make. There are so many options for every taste.
