Beautiful Reproductions of Early Decoys
Some Hand Carved, Some Cast in Bonded Pecan Shell
We have two collections of bird decoys, both of them remarkably lovely. They are both reproductions of wonderful early work.
One collection is hand carved in wood by Richard Morgan, and reproduces birds from the carver's own collection or from museums. The others are copies of the decoys int he collection of S.G. Litchfield, and these are cast in bonded pecan shell and hand painted to resemble the originals.
This collection is notable for the extreme grace of each piece and the excellence of its execution. FA-P
