Splendid Reproduction Rockingham Ware

We are most fortunate to be able to offer first class reproduction red ware and Rockingham Ware. We have the best selection we have ever had in this splendid pottery. Whether red ware or Rockingham Ware, it is rich in color and it is faithful to its heritage. We have wonderful, very big bowls, big platters, and all manner of smaller bowls, jugs, pitchers, mugs, and plates. We have dinner plates and dessert/salad plates. Since every piece is hand made and glazed, no two are exactly alike and there's a wonderful variation in the glaze from piece to piece.
Rockingham Ware was started in England, in Yorkshire, by Daniel Greatback whose patron was the Marquis of Rockingham. The pottery was continued in England but Daniel Greatback immigrated to the U.S., settling in Bennington, Vermont - hence "Bennington Ware,"which so resembles Rockingham Ware. P-HR
